Cancellation  & Refund Policy

At Arbre Café, we take every décor booking seriously and begin the preparation process well in advance to ensure a smooth and beautiful experience for your celebration. To maintain fairness and manage operational planning, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

1. Same-Day Cancellation (0–24 hours before the event)

  • Same-day cancellations are strictly not allowed.

  • Since décor materials, manpower, and space allocation are already prepared, no refund will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled event time.

2. Cancellation Before 24 Hours

  • If you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your booking time, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the décor amount paid.

  • Alternatively, you may choose a one-time reschedule, subject to availability on the new date and time.

  • Refunds will be processed to the same payment method within 5–7 working days.

3. No-Show Policy

  • If the customer does not arrive or fails to inform the café before the event time, it will be considered a no-show.

  • No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for a no-show.

4. Rescheduling Rules

  • Rescheduling is allowed only once and must be requested minimum 24 hours in advance.

  • If the guest is unable to attend the rescheduled date, the booking will be forfeited and no refund will be provided.

  • Any date change is subject to slot availability.

5. Weather & Operational Constraints

  • In case of rain, wind, or unavoidable operational challenges, minor adjustments may be made to the décor setup to fit safe and practical conditions.

  • Such adjustments do not qualify for refunds, as the service will still be provided in the best possible manner.

6. Custom Orders & Add-Ons

  • Items prepared specifically for you — such as cakes, customised prints, flex boards, initials, name balloons, premium bouquets, etc. — are non-refundable under all conditions.

  • If the event is rescheduled, these items may need to be repurchased depending on availability and freshness requirements.

7. Café Policies

  • All café rules, minimum order values, and seating arrangements apply during décor bookings.

  • Any damage to décor materials or café property caused by guests will be chargeable.

8. Final Decision Authority

  • Arbre Café management reserves the right to take the final decision on cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling in special circumstances.
