Terms & Conditions - The Basics

At Arbre Café, we prioritize your dining experience by focusing on premium service and a serene, nature-inspired ambience. Our website serves to facilitate your reservations, inquiries about events, and to share essential information about our café. We don’t sell products online; instead, we invite you to experience exquisite dining in person. Join us for a memorable meal in Ahmedabad!

We do not sell products online.

2. Reservations

Reservations can be made through our website, WhatsApp, or partner platforms.
Guests are requested to arrive 10 minutes before the reserved time.
Tables are held for up to 15 minutes after the booked time.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
Bottled drinking water is available at a nominal charge; we serve bottled water only.
In case of delays, changes, or cancellations, kindly inform us in advance.

3. Special Setups & Events

For celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, or décor setups, prior coordination via WhatsApp is required.
Event bookings are subject to availability and pricing confirmation.
Arbre Café may request an advance payment for large events or special décor.

4. Policy on Cancellations/Modifications

Due to operational requirements, Arbre Café may modify or cancel a reservation under rare, unforeseen circumstances. We ensure transparent communication in such situations.
For event bookings, cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Behaviour & Safety

Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the café environment, staff, and other patrons.
Pets are allowed in designated areas only.
Management reserves the right to deny entry or service in case of misconduct.

6. Photography & Media

Casual mobile photography is permitted.
Professional shoots (pre-wedding, model shoots, product shoots) require prior booking and approval.

7. Liability

Arbre Café will not be liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.
While we follow strict safety standards, guests are responsible for supervising children and pets.

8. Payments

All invoices must be settled before leaving the café.
Accepted modes include cash, UPI, cards, and online banking.

9. Changes to Terms

Arbre Café reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
